The registration is now open and can be found here (external webpage).

If during registration there is no more accommodation available (or you are registering after June 11 2025) you can still book rooms in McIntosh Hall with a discount code (which will not give you the accommodation rates stated below), please use this webpage (external link) and the discount code CONF25.

Travel Support

There may be some funding from the National Science Foundation for US participants. The funding will prioritise students, postdocs, and junior faculty, but senior faculty are also welcome to apply in case there is funding available. Funding amounts will depend on availability of funds and might only cover partial travel costs.

University Accommodation

During registration you will be able to book rooms at McIntosh Hall.

McIntosh Hall is a 9 minute walk to the conference venue. We have secured a discounted rate for the rooms which will be available with early-registrations

• Single room, one single bed £55 per room per night
• Twin room, two single beds £76 per room per night Post early-registration we cannot guarantee rooms at this rate.
