Pre-Conference Workshop

The pre-conference workshop will take place on July 4th-5th, 2025 (the Friday and Saturday before the conference commencing on the Monday).
You can choose to register for this workshop while registering for the conference.

The goal of this workshop is to provide an opportunity for our community’s large cohort of PhD students, and early career researchers the chance to share their work and talk to other members of the community. We will have both presentations and “brainstorming” sessions.
Presenters will be asked to share an open question or avenue of their research during their talk that they would be willing to work on with the other participants during the brainstorming sessions at this workshop.
